Naomi has enjoyed a rewarding pet grooming career, starting out at the age of seventeen Naomi had her first grooming job at the local vet, she studied Vet nursing and was lucky to work with some amazing vets during her 8 year nursing career. Having been a second generation pet groomer, she was busy on the weekends helping her mother in her mobile business. Being drawn to grooming she started her mobile van business in 2000, she worked hard and expanded the business and had a fleet of vans, during this time she studied for her IPG Masters Certification and NASH Academy diploma, all the while traveling around Australia and overseas to compete in grooming competitions. Career highlights include wins in competitions with Bichons, Springer Spaniels, English Cocker Spaniels and Poodles and a recent Best In Show at the PIAA ACT grooming competition with her Bichon Hugo. Naomi has represented Australia twice internationally with the Australian Groom Team. Naomi has a passion for training other groomers and currently works with Cert III & IV students in Pet Grooming at her Seaforth salon in Sydney, she has her Cert IV in Training Education and Assessment and loves seeing other groomers excel in the industry. Naomi is also a International Certified Master Feline Groomer and an assessor for NCGIA and DGI. When shes not grooming or competing, Naomi is at confirmation shows with her Bichon Hugo and toy poodle Pandora, she also has two children Lacie (5months) and Tayla (5 years).
