Onsite Accommodation - Hawkesbury Raceclub Motel

We have set up a single code. It does require the guests to call (02 4560 4300) or email us (bookings@hrcmotel.com.au) to make the booking. The bookings can’t be made online or through a third party. The code is AUSGROOM25.

  • Bookings can be made from today up to Friday 21st March 2025

  • The bookings must fall between the dates of Friday 28th March 2025 and Monday 31st March 2025. Talk with us about additional nights.

  • Unfortunately, we are not pet friendly. We do not allow pets in any of our rooms. An additional cleaning fee of $150 will apply if pets are brought into the rooms. Pets can be housed in pet trailers in the guest carpark if required. We’ll even allow wash bays etc to be set up for pets in the carpark with access to water and hoses.

  • Guests bringing pets in trailers will be asked for a credit card preauthorization of $150.00.

The following group rates apply for AUSGROOM guests

  • Queen Room – Sleeps 2 - $158.00 per night

  • Twin King + King Single - Sleep 3 - $182.00 per night

  • King Deluxe – Sleep 2 - $178.00 per night

  • Direct Access Twin - Sleeps 3 – $186.00 per night

  • Apartment – Sleep 4 - $230.00 per night 

Please Note:

  • Additional guests are $25.00 per person per night.

  • Roll-in beds are $25.00 per stay – linen and towels provided. A limit of one roll-in bed per room

  • Breakfast is $12.00 per guest

  • Rooms are serviced daily except Sundays.
