EVENT INFORMATION
HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Human tickets are $35 (adult) / $25 (child) plus Eventbrite booking fees. Dogs can enter for FREE (one dog per person / additional dogs $10)

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO ATTEND?
You'll need to purchase a ticket online via Eventbrite. There is a waiver at the checkout that each attendee needs to read and accept before you make payment. Once this is completed you'll receive an email from Eventbrite with your tickets.

CAN I BUY TICKETS IN PERSON?
Yes, but we do recommend booking online to guarantee your entry time, as there will be limited tickets for this event. We don’t want you to make a wasted journey across town with your dog if there are no tickets available!

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY BOOKING?
Bookings are strictly non-refundable for this non-profit event.

HOW DO I FIND THE MUSEUM OF LOVE?
The Museum is at 47 George Street, Sydney (entry via Atherden Street). It’s a short walk from Circular Quay. For information on car parking please CLICK HERE.

HOW LONG IS THE TICKET FOR?
Your ticket is for one hour.

WILL THERE BE LOTS OF DOGS?
We are allowing a limited number of humans and dogs into this event. It is held in a large space over two floors. Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pet is well-behaved and under their control. Dogs who exhibit aggressive behaviour to other dogs or humans will be asked to leave.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Kids are allowed at this event but please be aware that it is a special day for dogs, and children will need to walk around calmly and not create noise or activity that may cause anxiety or excitement for the dogs, nor should they approach dogs without the owner's consent. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult with their own ticket.

WILL THERE BE DOGS TO PLAY WITH?
No! The event is for humans to bring in their dogs and take photos with them. You must not interact with dogs other than your own without the consent of the dog's owner.

WILL THERE BE TREATS AVAILABLE FOR DOGS?
The Social Dog Company will be cohosting on the day and bringing so treatos along from Grumpy Chlo. If you visit our next-door neighbour The Tea Cosy for a cuppa you can also order a free puppacino for your dog.

HOW IS THE MUSEUM OF LOVE DIFFERENT FROM SUGAR REPUBLIC?
The Museum of Love has 100% new exhibits for you to enjoy, but the focus is still on playful fun, amazing backdrops, and good times – this time it’s all about joy, love, and friendship.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring your phone (with your ticket download ready to scan), your doggo, and your sweet self. Also poop bags, some doggy snacks, and any props for your photos. Please do not bring human food, large bags, or bulky items as they are not allowed in the event and we don’t have storage. Please do not bring tripods.

IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Sadly there is no lift or disabled access to the upper floors of the heritage building in which we are located. Wheelchair users are welcome to enter for free, please contact us to arrange a ticket.

CAN I BRING A PRAM?
Prams can be left in the foyer area at your own risk; they cannot be taken up to the upper levels.

IS THERE CONCESSIONARY AND COMPANION PRICING?
We don’t have any concessionary pricing. Holders of a Companion Card may bring a companion in at no charge (the cardholder must purchase a ticket).

IS THERE A BATHROOM?
There is no bathroom inside the event. There is a public toilet close by at The Rocks.

WHAT IF MY DOG NEEDS THE TOILET?
You can ask for a pass out at any time - there is a pedestrian area in front of the building where you can walk your dog for exercise or poop needs. Please respect our neighbours at The Rocks and take any poop with you or place it in a bin.
