More than 1200 responses on the proposals were received.

The feedback is being reviewed and is informing work to develop draft legislation for a Bill to be considered by the Victorian Parliament.

The draft legislation will be released for public feedback.

There will be opportunities to provide feedback as Regulations and other subordinate instruments of the new Act are developed.

Thank you for your interest and contributions to date.

We’ll keep you updated as work progresses, including future opportunities to provide feedback.
