Up-front pre-existing checks - we team up with your vet to let you know if there are any pre-existing conditions from the start and can set you up with “fast claims” - which means we can check claims in 15 minutes (provided we have all information necessary!)

Pet experts in your pocket, 24/7 - day or night, you have access through the app to call our 24/7 vet helpline for emergencies
